Frank Beahm Invited to Speak at 22nd Annual Health Law Symposium

We are pleased to announce Franklin D. Beahm will be a speaker next Thursday, November 3, at the 22nd Annual Health Law Symposium at the LHA Conference Center in Baton Rouge. Mr. Beahm will be speaking about professionalism during his presentation entitled “Conduct Unbecoming by an Officer of the Court: Zealous Advocacy or Unprofessional Conduct,” which deals with the topic of conduct and professionalism in legal cases. His presentation will outline specific instances where attorneys have stepped out of line in regards to their conduct, and what consequences arise during such instances.
The conference, sponsored by the Louisiana Hospital Association Management Corporation, will offer several presentations by other informed individuals covering a variety of topics over its two-day span.
